General panel help
Basic help for ordering, renewing, managing servers, using files, access data, backups, logs and support in the slikz.dev panel.
What is the slikz.dev panel?+
The panel is your customer and server control center. You use it to manage orders, renewals, servers, files, access data, backups, logs and support requests.
Where do I find my servers?+
Open the customer panel and go to your services or servers. Click your server to open its control page.
Where do I manage orders and renewals?+
Orders, renewals, invoices and account-related actions are managed through the customer panel at https://panel.slikz.dev/.
Can I use wallet balance?+
If wallet payments are available for your account, you can use your balance for supported orders, renewals or upgrades.
Can I change slots later?+
Yes. Slot upgrades and downgrades are generally possible depending on the current package and service rules.
Can I change the game later?+
Usually no. Different games use different files, controller logic and start configuration. If you ordered the wrong game, contact support or order a new service.
Where are my server files?+
Open your server and go to Files. The File System area lets you browse folders, upload files and manage server data from the browser.
Where do I find FTP, MySQL or phpMyAdmin data?+
Open your server and go to Access. If your package includes FTP or MySQL, the panel shows the connection data there.
When should I create a backup?+
Create a backup before changing controllers, editing configs, installing plugins, replacing many maps, changing start parameters or deleting files.
Where do I check errors?+
Open the Logs tab. Newest server, controller or plugin log lines usually show what went wrong.
Can multiple people manage one server?+
Depending on permissions, owners may be able to give access or roles to other users. Only give access to people you trust.
What happens if I delete my server?+
If you delete your server, it may be permanently gone. Always create and download a backup first. Deleted data may not be recoverable.
Where do I get support?+
Use the customer panel where possible, or contact hi@slikz.dev. Include your server name or ID, what happened and relevant log lines.
