Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern the use of slikz.dev, the customer panel and all TrackMania server hosting services provided through the platform.

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all websites, customer accounts, server orders, renewals, upgrades, support requests and related services provided by slikz.dev. By creating an account, placing an order, using the customer panel or using any service, the customer agrees to these Terms. Conflicting customer terms do not apply unless expressly accepted by slikz.dev in writing.

2. Provider and contact

The service is operated under the name slikz.dev. For legal, billing, support or abuse-related requests, customers and third parties may contact us by email at hi@slikz.dev. Customer-specific support requests should preferably be submitted through the customer panel so that the affected account, order or server can be identified correctly.

3. Services

slikz.dev provides game server hosting focused on TrackMania, including automated server setup, customer panel access, server actions, map and file tools, logs, backups and support features depending on the selected package. The exact scope, runtime, price, slots, resources and included features are shown during the order process or inside the customer panel.

4. Account responsibility

Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity performed through their account, panel access, API keys or server credentials. Customers must immediately notify slikz.dev if they suspect unauthorized access, credential leakage or abuse. slikz.dev may require password resets, access restrictions or additional verification where necessary to protect the platform, other customers or third parties.

5. Acceptable use

Customers must use all services lawfully and fairly. The following is prohibited: - attacks against networks, services or systems - malware, spam, phishing or fraud - copyright-infringing or illegal content - harassment, threats or abusive behaviour - attempts to bypass security, limits or billing systems - excessive resource usage outside the booked package - unauthorized resale or shared access where not permitted - activity that harms infrastructure, players, other customers or third parties slikz.dev may restrict, suspend or terminate services where this is necessary to stop abuse, protect infrastructure, comply with law or protect third parties.

6. Orders, payment and activation

Services are activated after successful payment, unless manual review, technical checks or anti-abuse checks are required. Prices, billing periods and payment methods are displayed during checkout. The customer is responsible for providing correct billing and contact information. If a payment is reversed, disputed, cancelled, refunded by a payment provider or suspected to be fraudulent, slikz.dev may suspend or restrict the related service until the matter is resolved.

7. Renewal, expiry and deletion

Services are provided for the selected runtime. If a service is not renewed in time, it may be suspended, stopped or deleted after a reasonable grace period. slikz.dev may display renewal notices inside the panel or by email, but the customer remains responsible for renewing services before expiry. Deleted services, files, databases, logs or backups may not be recoverable.

8. Backups and customer data

Backup tools are provided to reduce the risk of data loss. However, customers remain responsible for important files, configurations, maps, databases and server data. Customers should create backups before updates, risky changes, plugin changes, controller changes, map imports, file operations or manual configuration edits. No hosting service can guarantee permanent availability or complete recoverability of all data in every situation.

9. Uptime, maintenance and changes

slikz.dev aims to provide reliable hosting, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, migrations, security fixes, network issues, provider outages, payment provider issues, software bugs, force majeure events or emergency actions may temporarily affect availability. Where reasonable, planned maintenance may be announced through the website, status page, panel or other suitable channels.

10. Support

Support is provided through the available support channels and focuses on services operated by slikz.dev. Support does not include guaranteed custom development, third-party plugin debugging, external game modifications, unsupported software, customer-side configuration errors or issues outside slikz.dev infrastructure unless expressly agreed.

11. Third-party services and game rights

TrackMania and related names, logos, games and trademarks belong to their respective owners. slikz.dev is an independent hosting provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ubisoft, Nadeo or any other rights holder unless explicitly stated. Customers must comply with the applicable game rules, software licenses, third-party terms and intellectual property rights.

12. Consumer withdrawal rights

If mandatory consumer withdrawal rights apply, customers will receive the legally required information during checkout or by email. Where the customer expressly requests immediate service activation before the withdrawal period ends, the customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal may expire or that compensation may be due for services already provided, depending on applicable law. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

13. Refunds and credit

Refunds are handled according to applicable mandatory law and the circumstances of the individual case. Voluntary refunds, account credit, wallet credit or goodwill credits do not create a future entitlement. Setup fees, used service time, payment provider fees, abuse-related suspensions, chargebacks or services terminated for rule violations may be excluded from voluntary refunds unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

14. Suspension and termination for abuse

slikz.dev may suspend, restrict or terminate services without prior notice if this is necessary to protect the platform, comply with law, prevent abuse, stop security risks, respond to payment issues or protect other customers and third parties. Where possible and reasonable, the customer will be informed and given an opportunity to resolve the issue.

15. Customer content

Customers are responsible for all content, files, maps, configurations, plugins, scripts, names, descriptions and other materials uploaded, stored, linked or published through their services. Customers must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions for all uploaded or used content. slikz.dev may remove or restrict content where required by law, rights holder requests, abuse reports or platform safety requirements.

16. Security

Customers must not attempt to access accounts, systems, networks or data without authorization. Security vulnerabilities must be reported responsibly to hi@slikz.dev. Public disclosure, exploitation, data extraction or attacks are not permitted. slikz.dev may take emergency measures where needed to protect systems, customers or third parties.

17. Liability

slikz.dev is liable only according to applicable mandatory law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect damage, lost profits, lost data, service interruptions, third-party failures, customer misconfiguration, unsupported modifications, plugins, scripts or customer-side actions is excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not legally permitted.

18. Changes to these Terms

slikz.dev may update these Terms if services, technical conditions, security requirements, payment processes or legal requirements change. The current version published on the website applies. For ongoing services, customers may be notified of material changes where required by law.

19. Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the service provider, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the original economic and legal purpose.
